The debut of the completely rewritten verison of Command Post 3000 at the November 13, 2002 IHACI Show at the Pasadena Convention Center in Southern California was a major event for Service Dispatch Systems, Inc. The booth was manned by SDS president Dennis E. Smith, along with his Vice President of Development, Martin G. Selbrede and two of their staff programmers, Paul Draper and Donavan Scott Moore. Also attending was SDS's good will ambassador, Al Denson, who made sure that nobody within earshot of the booth missed the opportunity to see the new state of the art in contracting software.

The Pasadena IHACI show was the warm-up for the next big splash. Service Dispatch Systems, Inc. appeared at TWO huge AHR shows in Chicago in January 27-29, 2003 and January 23-25, 2006, where Command Post 3000 stood alongside its competitors, giving customers the chance to do A-B comparisons right at the shows. Both 2003 and 2006 International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Expositions, known as the AHR Expo®, were cosponsored by ASHRAE and the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI), and were held at Chicago's McCormick Place.

Service Dispatch Systems, Inc. appeared in a regional HVAC show in Austin, Texas, November 8-9, 2006.
