Windows 98SE/NT 4.0/2000/XP/Vista (XP Pro highly recommended)

Hardware Requirements for Command Post 3000 (Single User)

• 1.7 GHz Pentium 4 (or equivalent) processor or better (minimum);
  2.4 GHz Pentium 4 or better (recommended - Dual Core CPU is optimal)
• 512 MB of RAM (minimum); 1 GB of RAM or more (recommended)
• At least 200 MB of unused hard disk space
• CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive
• Display capable of 1024X768 resolution or greater
• 17" diagonal monitor (minimum); 19"-21" diagonal monitor (recommended)
• Mouse
• Parallel port or free USB port (not needed for evaluation copies)

  Hardware Requirements for Command Post 3000
  (Standard Network Operation 1 to 31 stations)

• Command Post 3000 will run on multiple networked workstations that operate on a 100-BaseT Ethernet or Gigabit network if installed on a network file server. All workstations must meet or exceed the hardware requirements for a single user system (above). The network file server must must meet the single user specification in addition to meeting the requirements for the network operating system that is running on it. Performance will be proportional to your computer speed.   Hardware Requirements for Command Post 3000
  (Enhanced Network Operation 32+stations)

• Same requirements as standard network operation (above) except you must purchase a license for Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 (or higher) appropriate to the amount of users that will be running Command Post 3000.
• Upcoming features of Command Post 3000 may require one or more of the following: Additional free hard disk space for data storage, high speed Internet access, internal or external fax modem, and speakers.

Important Notice

Service Dispatch Systems, Inc. strongly urges that users of Command Post 3000 back up their data daily. Virus protection programs must be configured to bypass continuous automatic scanning of the Command Post 3000 program and its data files, which often causes a huge degradation in system performance.
